 When and Why Did You Visit Costa Rica?
In September of 2009 my husband I decided to make a trip and visit Jaco Costa Rica to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary. Costa Rica had long been on our list as a place we wanted to visit. When we travel, we like to drive around and explore, which is one of the reasons why we chose Costa Rica, it is a small country but with just so much to do and see..........  Costa Rica Real Estate is different than some other markets in that it’s made up of primarily cash purchases, especially in the beach areas. Financing in Costa Rica has traditionally been expensive, not to a mention a long and difficult process, specifically for foreigners. When economic times were better, cash purchases were fairly easy, but the last few years that has all changed. While many of the purchases in Costa Rica remain cash deals.........
 Jaco Beach Condo for $162,800 with Financing Available I receive a lot of interest from people looking for a beach property in Jaco, unfortunately many of them need some sort of financing. While financing for foreigners in Costa Rica is virtually non-existent, I’m very excited with a new project which has began construction that IS offering financing, with condos as low as $162,800......
