![]() The other day I heard a well known real estate investor talking about distressed properties. He was lecturing to a group how he felt distressed properties are distressed for a reason and that some of the best properties he has ever purchased he might have even overpaid for them. I have already mentioned that when looking at coastal properties in Costa Rica the key is finding great oceanviews. With that said I understand that many people are bottom feeding looking for the deals, but for a moment let’s go back to the real estate 101 and look at the best of the best in Costa Rica Beachfront, which is this community called VLP in Jaco Beach. Titled beachfront is very limited in Costa Rica, but even more limited is luxury finishes and quality construction. This community is built to U.S. luxury standards.
