 I can’t tell you how excited all of us who live in the Central Pacific area are to hear about the new cinema in Jaco Beach. Most of the beach communities in Costa Rica are still very undeveloped, so for Jaco to receive the country’s movie theater at the beach shows just how much the area is growing. Sounds like the theater has 4 screens, but I’m not quite sure. The new Jaco movie theater is opening this weekend, June 18th..........

 It’s really amazing to see just how much Jaco Beach has changed in 5 years. 2004 was really the beginning of the real estate boom here in the Central Pacific. That was the time that Daystar began building and developing on the beach. Before that time it was nearly impossible to find titled beachfront property that was built to U.S. style quality and comfort..........
 I’ve traveled all over the world,and one of the most important things I have learned is that it doesn’t matter where you are, great views are a premium. Go to any hotel and the best views have the highest rates. Look at real estate in cities like Manhattan or Los Angeles and you will see that rent and real estate can cost 20-50% more when you have a great view...........
 One of the most popular parts of Costa Rica are all the great tours and attractions available. While many people on vacation are fully content doing nothing but sitting by the pool, or laying near the beach, I definitely encourage everyone to really get around and see this beautiful country. The canopy and ATV tours are great for a more active crowd, but one of my favorites is a tour of Tortuga Island.......
