Last week I talked about the new highway making Jaco to San Jose just a one hour drive. Well that’s not the only good news. The Central Pacific is home to some fantastic beaches, unfortunately to get to those beaches people have had to go through old run down bridges, and unpaved roads making it hours to get there. But all that has changed......... New bridges and a paved highway have made the trip from Jaco to Manuel Antonio just 45 minutes long, and to Dominical just about 30 minutes more. The Jaco area has always been considered the hub for the Central Pacific but now from Jaco you are just: 1 Hour from Escazu/San Jose
45 Minutes from Manuel Antonio 90 Minutes from Dominical A day trip to the city or a day trip to explore other beaches, all while having the conveniences of a marina, golf course, banking, clinics, grocery and more right in town, that is what many retirees and residents love about Jaco. If you are interested to visit, there are many hoteles en Jaco where you can stay while exploring your different buying options. Later this week I will talk about the differences in between Jaco, Dominical and Manuel Antonio and explain those real estate markets a bit more.
