It’s really amazing to see just how much Jaco Beach has changed in 5 years. 2004 was really the beginning of the real estate boom here in the Central Pacific. That was the time that Daystar began building and developing on the beach. Before that time it was nearly impossible to find titled beachfront property that was built to U.S. style quality and comfort.......... A few savvy developers recognized this opportunity and started designing and selling beachfront communities from 2004-2007, which leads us to today, where most of those projects are now complete. Little land is available on the beach to build new projects, meaning the few parcels left are priced high, and economic conditions have made it difficult for new projects to get funded. In other words the condos we see today are pretty much going to be the only options for beachfront in Jaco. If you would like to see a summary of all the condos available on Jaco Beach just let me know and I’ll send it your way. In the meantime you might want to see for yourself how much Jaco has changed in 5 years by seeing this virtual tour, it is of Jaco in 2004. VIRTUAL TOUR OF JACO BEACH IN 2004
